Proxy Service Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-19

These are the ground rules for using ProxyTow proxies. Creating an account or funding your balance means you accept them.

1. Proxy service scope: what does ProxyTow provide?

ProxyTow offers seven proxy lines, namely metered rotating residential, unlimited residential by the day, static ISP, dedicated or shared datacenter, IPv6, and mobile 4G/5G. All of them are paid for from the balance you fund on your account.

Rotating residential and mobile bill against traffic as it flows, while the others are ordered in the dashboard by quantity and term. Traffic passes through the gate.proxytow.com:7000 entry point, which speaks both HTTP and SOCKS5.

These terms cover the website, the dashboard and the gateway alike.

2. Account and access token: who is responsible?

Your account is built around a single access token beginning with pw_, and that same string serves as the dashboard key and as the gateway credential. Signup finishes once you copy or save the token and tick the confirmation box.

We hold only a hashed form of the token, so guarding the original falls to you. We treat any session or purchase authenticated by that token as the holder's own action. To keep things fair, one IP address may register up to three accounts.

3. Acceptable proxy use: what is allowed?

Use the service only for purposes that are lawful where you and your targets operate. Respecting the rules and access policies of each site you reach is also your responsibility.

Price comparison, ad verification, market research, web testing and regional content checks are all welcome. The following activities are prohibited.

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Fraud, phishing or unauthorized entry into other people's accounts.
  • Denial of service, hacking or other attacks on systems.
  • Distributing or trading illegal content.

4. Balance top-ups: how does funding work?

Funding is accepted in USDT over the TRC20 network. The usual minimum is $20, people browsing from the 72 countries in the World Bank's two lowest income tiers may begin at $10, and one deposit can reach $10,000.

Every deposit request generates a wallet to pay into and a precise figure to six decimals, held open for one hour. After the network confirms the transfer, the funds and any bonus from the $100 +20%, $200 +25%, $300 +30%, $500 +35%, $1,000 +40%, $3,000 +45%, $5,000 +50% schedule are credited. Balance is spent on products inside the service.

5. Proxy orders and activation: what happens after I buy?

Static ISP IPs, datacenter IPs, IPv6 blocks and unlimited plans are bought in the dashboard after choosing how many and for how long. Payment leaves your balance the instant the order is placed.

Each purchase is listed under My Orders with a preparing status, then switches to active with its own connection details once provisioning completes. Rotating residential and mobile need no order at all, since usage is deducted as traffic moves. Your full order history stays viewable in the account.

6. Proxy price changes: are existing orders affected?

Live rates are published on our pricing page at all times, and each order is billed at the rate shown when you place it. Prices may be adjusted as market conditions shift.

An order you have already paid for keeps its original amount and terms after any change. Updated rates apply only to orders and usage that come later. Glancing at the pricing page before buying lets you plan with exact numbers.

7. Proxy refunds: how are they handled?

Every refund is credited back to your account balance. Anything we were unable to provide, and orders canceled while still preparing, return what you paid. The same standard applies to every product.

Returned funds never expire and work for any other product. Full details and the request process live on the refund terms page. Where the two documents seem to differ, the refund terms take priority.

8. Account suspension: when can access be limited?

If use outside the acceptable use rules is found, we may pause or restrict the account. This protects other customers and the stability of the network.

When action is needed, traffic is halted first to contain any harm, and next steps follow a review. Customers using proxies for legitimate work carry on as usual. Repeated problems may lead to a lasting restriction.

9. Service availability: can features change?

We maintain and improve the proxy network continuously. Maintenance, network conditions or changes on target sites can briefly alter certain features or locations.

To make the service better, we may reshape products, supported countries or dashboard tools, and add new ones. Bigger updates get a notice on the website and inside your dashboard. Your funded balance carries over through any such change.

10. Limitation of liability: what are we responsible for?

The service is offered as it stands, and we work in good faith to keep it running well. How you put the proxies to work is your own responsibility.

Results stemming from factors we cannot govern, for instance a target site's blocking policy or third party network trouble, fall beyond our responsibility. Where law permits, our liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the service in question.

11. Terms updates: how will I know about changes?

These terms may be revised when the service evolves or the law changes. The newest version is posted on this page, and major edits also receive a notice through the website or dashboard.

Revisions take effect on the posting date, and continued use afterward means you accept them. Check back here whenever you want to see the latest wording.

12. Terms questions: how do I reach support?

Questions about these terms or your account can go to the support desk in your dashboard. The support channel unlocks after your first deposit is reflected in your balance.

Each message is reviewed together with your account and order records. Until then, the guide and FAQ pages answer most questions. Including an order reference or deposit details in your note helps us look into it faster.
