Precios y recargas

  • ¿Cuál es la recarga mínima?

Top ups start at $20. Every proxy type shares one balance, and a top-up bonus applies from $100.

  • ¿Cómo se cobra?

Residential and mobile proxies draw from your balance by data sent and received (GB). ISP, datacenter and IPv6 plans are ordered by IP count and period, and unlimited residential by number of days, all in the dashboard.

  • ¿Cómo me conecto?

Admitimos HTTP y SOCKS5.

Proxy types and how to pick one

  • Residential vs datacenter proxies: what sets them apart?

It comes down to where each IP originates. Residential proxies route through addresses that ISPs assign to real households, while datacenter proxies come from server hosting ranges. Pick residential when traffic should resemble an ordinary visitor, and datacenter when speed and volume matter more than looks.

  • Rotating residential or unlimited residential: which plan fits me?

Light or uneven usage favors rotating residential, while heavy all day usage favors unlimited. Rotating residential costs $0.72 per GB, deducted as you consume it, and you can aim it at a chosen country or city. Unlimited runs at $35.21 per day with uncounted traffic and a blended multi country IP mix.

  • ISP proxy use cases: when is a static residential IP worth it?

An ISP proxy shines whenever you need one residential address to stay put for weeks. Each static residential IP costs $1.02 a month and remains yours for the full term you order. That steady footprint suits account management and any workflow where a shifting location would look odd.

  • Shared datacenter vs dedicated datacenter proxies: which one suits your workload?

Dedicated IPs belong to you alone, whereas a shared IP rotates among a group of buyers. A dedicated datacenter proxy runs $0.57 per IP monthly, and shared costs $0.0152, our cheapest per address rate. Go dedicated for a pristine solo address, or shared to run large batches on a tight budget.

  • Which websites accept IPv6 proxies?

Any site that answers over IPv6 will work with these proxies right away. Plenty of major platforms already speak IPv6, so at $0.0762 per IP each month you can stock up on a huge address pool cheaply. A quick check that your target supports IPv6 keeps things smooth.

  • What are mobile 4G/5G proxies best for?

Mobile proxies are ideal for app testing and anything that should look like a phone on a cellular network. Carrier IPs cost $2.02 per GB, billed only for traffic consumed, across 56 countries. Putting type-mobile inside the login name routes the session onto a cellular address.

Pricing, top-ups, bonus and balance

  • How is proxy pricing calculated?

Every product is priced per GB, per IP, or per day. Rotating residential and mobile follow the traffic you consume, ISP, datacenter and IPv6 follow IP count times months, and unlimited follows the number of days. The pricing page lines up current rates side by side.

  • Proxy top-up minimum: how little can I deposit?

Most visitors can start from 20, and one deposit may reach $10,000. If you connect from one of the 72 countries the World Bank ranks in its two lowest income bands, your floor drops to $10. The top-up screen shows the right figure for your location automatically.

  • Proxy top-up bonus: how much extra do I get?

Extra credit lands alongside every deposit, scaled to its size. The tiers step up as $100 +20%, $200 +25%, $300 +30%, $500 +35%, $1,000 +40%, $3,000 +45%, $5,000 +50%, so larger single top-ups earn more. Choosing the $300 card, for example, leaves you with $390 to spend.

  • How soon does a USDT deposit show up in my balance?

Your balance updates automatically once the blockchain confirms the transfer. Every request issues a receiving wallet plus a precise six decimal figure to send over TRC20. You get a full hour to finish the payment before that request lapses.

  • Does my proxy balance ever expire?

Your balance stays available with no end date. Funds you add today can pay for a product months from now at full value. Fund it once, then spend gradually as new projects appear.

  • Can I buy several proxy products from the same balance?

Yes, every one of the seven products draws from the same funded balance. You can burn rotating residential traffic while also ordering ISP or datacenter IPs from that pool. Spending stays in one place, with no separate pots per product.

Connecting, targeting and sessions

  • HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy: which protocol should I use?

Choose HTTP for web pages and API calls, and SOCKS5 when you work with a wider range of apps and protocols. The gate.proxytow.com:7000 gateway accepts both on the same address. Simply match whatever your software supports.

  • Geo-targeting proxies: how do I pick a country or city IP?

Write the location into your username and the gateway hands you an IP from there. Writing user-country-us yields an American exit, while appending -city-new_york to that string pins the exit to New York. Rotating residential covers 60 countries and 175 cities.

  • How long can a sticky session keep the same IP?

A session label locks a single exit address for as long as 90 minutes. Tack a tag of your choosing onto the login, for example the -session-shop1 suffix after user-country-jp. Logins, checkouts and other multi step flows benefit most from this.

  • Rotating proxies: how do I switch IPs with each request?

Skip the session tag and the gateway swaps the address per call. With only a location written into the login, rotation stays inside that region. This setup suits large scraping runs and price monitoring.

  • How do I plug proxies into Python, Puppeteer or similar tools?

Drop in the gateway address, your username and your token, and most software connects immediately. The pattern is identical across Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, Python requests, Node.js scripts, curl and antidetect browsers. Paste the proxy string into the tool's proxy field and you are set.

  • Where do I generate my proxy connection details?

The dashboard's credential builder produces them in a few clicks. Choose a location and an optional session, and the builder prints ready strings for HTTP, SOCKS5, curl and the colon separated host, port, login and password layout. Grab whichever line your software expects.

Orders, account and safety

  • When can I start using an ISP or datacenter proxy order?

As soon as activation completes, your connection details appear in the dashboard. The cost leaves your balance the moment you order, and the My Orders tab tracks the status as it goes from preparing to active. You can follow its progress there at any time.

  • What happens to my money if I cancel an order still being prepared?

Cancel during preparation and every dollar of that order flows back into your balance. Those returned funds can go toward any other product or a fresh order. Since balance carries no end date, you can decide at your own pace.

  • What is the best way to store my access token?

At signup, either copy the token or save the offered text file, then tuck it away in a secure spot. The server retains only a hash, so the copy you save at that moment is the sole key to your account. A password manager makes it easy to reach from any device.

  • Account limit per IP: how many can I register?

Each IP address can hold up to three accounts. That leaves room to separate projects, each with its own balance and order history. The cap keeps the platform stable and fair for every customer.

  • Where do I send questions about my proxies?

After your initial deposit clears, a support inbox unlocks inside the dashboard. Messages there are reviewed alongside your account and order records. Before that, the setup guide and FAQ cover most common questions.

  • My token doubles as the proxy password. How do I keep it safe?

Keep the token out of source code by loading it from an env var or a private settings file. Because the same string unlocks both the dashboard and the proxy gateway, share it only with teammates who truly need it. Handled this way, your balance and orders stay well protected.
