1. Proxy account data: what do we keep?

We retain just what it takes to operate the service. Registration needs nothing beyond a generated token, so names and contact details never enter the picture.

The items we hold are listed below. Together they cover sign in checks, payment handling and order management.

  • Your access token in hashed form, along with its last four characters.
  • A hashed copy of the signup IP, used for the three accounts per IP rule.
  • Your balance, deposit history and order history.
  • Blockchain payment details such as the amount and transaction hash (txid).

2. Cookies: what are they used for?

We rely on cookies only for basic convenience. One session cookie keeps you signed in, and a second one stores which interface language you picked.

The session cookie spares you from re-entering the token on every dashboard page, and the language cookie brings back your pick among 23 languages on the next visit. Clearing cookies in your browser is always possible; afterward, simply sign in and choose a language again. Cookies never carry the raw token, only a value that confirms your signed in state.

3. Proxy traffic: how is it handled?

Traffic passing through the gateway is used to deliver each request to its destination and to measure consumption. Metered products such as rotating residential and mobile need a usage count so the correct charge comes off your credit.

Traffic information is processed only as far as billing, network stability and enforcement of the acceptable use rules require. Request and response content is never repurposed for anything else. You can review usage yourself in the dashboard, so every deduction stays transparent.

4. Data purposes: why is information processed?

The data we hold exists to deliver the proxy service and keep accounts secure. Typical uses include verifying sign ins, crediting deposits, activating orders and calculating balance. Every step serves the single goal of providing the service.

The hashed signup IP enforces the limit of three accounts per address, and payment records support deposit checks and support requests. Beyond that, data serves abuse prevention and service improvements within reasonable bounds. Should a purpose ever change, this notice is updated first so you know in advance.

5. Data sharing: do we pass information on?

ProxyTow never sells customer data. Payments are processed on a payment server that we operate ourselves, and deposit checks happen there too.

Because USDT moves across a public blockchain, the amount and transaction hash are also visible on that ledger. When a valid legal demand arrives, we disclose only what it strictly requires. All other information stays within the service. Running our own payment server keeps deposit data away from outside processors.

6. Data retention: how long is it stored?

Information is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the service and maintain your account. Since balance has no end date, the account data tied to it remains as long as you keep using the account.

Deposit and order records are held while they matter for accounting, refund checks and support, or longer where a legal retention duty applies. Data that has served its purpose is cleared, keeping our footprint small. Short, clear retention periods are a core principle at ProxyTow.

7. Data security: how is it protected?

Access tokens are stored solely as hashes, and signup IPs are hashed as well. Those stored values cannot be reversed into the original token or address.

HTTPS encrypts every connection to our website and dashboard. Administrative access is split into narrow roles, and systems are reviewed regularly to tighten defenses. Keeping your token in a safe place adds one more strong layer. Findings from those reviews feed straight into system upgrades that harden account protection.

8. Your choices: what control do you have?

You begin with the smallest possible data footprint. With token based signup, a name or postal address is simply never requested.

Cookies can be removed in your browser whenever you like, and the interface language can be switched at any moment. Questions about your account or stored data can go to dashboard support after your first deposit lands, and we review them against your account records. Balance and order history are also open for you to inspect in the dashboard.

9. Children's data: how is it treated?

The ProxyTow proxy service is intended for adults and businesses. Creating an account and adding funds assume a user who can take legal responsibility for those actions. That is why signup is kept so simple.

Since signup collects no age or name, we hold nothing that singles out a child. A parent or guardian with concerns can ask for a review by following the support instructions in the dashboard. If we learn that a child's data is held, it is reviewed and cleared promptly.

10. Notice updates: how will changes be announced?

This notice may be revised as the service develops or relevant laws change. The latest version is posted here, and major revisions are highlighted on the site and in the dashboard as well.

A new version applies from the date it is posted. If a change widens the kinds of data we keep, we flag it clearly in advance. You can read the current notice on this page at any time. The last updated date on this page shows when it changed. Whatever the revision, our minimal data principle stays the same.
