ProxyTow返金ポリシー

1. Proxy refunds: where does the money go?
All ProxyTow refunds are credited to your account balance. Balance works as in-service credit, so it is spent on products rather than withdrawn to an outside wallet.
Credited funds can go straight toward any of the seven proxy products. Use them for rotating residential traffic or place a new ISP, datacenter or IPv6 order. You can pick up your next task the moment the refund appears. Crediting to balance keeps the process short, so refunds settle fastest this way.
2. Undelivered service: what if a product is not provided?
When ordered service could not be supplied or delivered, that amount comes back to your balance. Whatever you paid for but did not receive is settled to balance after a check.
If an order never reaches activation, for example, its full cost is restored. The credit is visible right away in your balance and under My Orders. This lets you choose the products you need with full confidence. Partial gaps on an active product are likewise credited for the portion confirmed.
3. Canceled proxy orders: is the refund in full?
Yes. An order canceled while it is still being prepared puts the entire amount back into your credit, whether it was ISP, datacenter, IPv6 or unlimited.
My Orders shows each purchase as preparing until activation moves it to active. A cancellation during the preparing stage brings the amount back untouched, so a change of plans costs nothing. Re-order a different quantity or term with the returned funds whenever you like. Both the cancellation and the credited amount appear in My Orders and your balance history.
4. Balance expiry: does credit run out?
Credit has no expiry date and remains until you spend it. That applies equally to deposited funds and to amounts returned by refunds.
Funds added today hold their full value months later. You can top up a larger sum to unlock a bigger bonus and draw it down at your own pace. The dashboard displays your current balance at all times. That freedom lets you schedule spending around real project timelines. Any remaining credit also carries over to products added later.
5. Top-up mistakes: what if I used the wrong network or amount?
Transfers sent on another network, or for a figure different from the one shown, are reviewed one by one once support is available to you. Deposits run on USDT over TRC20 only, and each request names a destination wallet and a precise figure to six decimals.
Blockchain transfers vary from case to case, which is why every case is examined separately. Providing the transaction hash, the sum transferred and which chain you used makes the review far easier. Copying the given address and figure exactly gives the smoothest top-up.
6. Bonus balance: can it be spent like regular credit?
Yes. Top-up bonus arrives as part of your balance and spends exactly like deposited money. Its size follows the $100 +20%, $200 +25%, $300 +30%, $500 +35%, $1,000 +40%, $3,000 +45%, $5,000 +50% schedule based on how much you add.
Funding with the $300 card, for instance, raises your balance to $390, and that whole sum buys any product. There is no special order or product restriction for the bonus portion, so the figure shown in the dashboard is what you can use. Bonus credit is ready to spend as soon as the deposit is credited.
7. Refund requests: how do I ask?
Send refund requests through dashboard support. That channel becomes available once your first deposit has been credited.
Mention the order reference, the product type and a short description so we can check the records quickly. For deposit issues, add the txid and the amount transferred. After review, any approved amount is posted to your balance. Requests and their outcomes remain in your dashboard support history for later reference.
8. Refund terms updates: how are changes shared?
These refund terms may be revised when the service lineup or applicable law changes. The current version is published on this page, with notable edits also announced on the site and in the dashboard.
Revised terms apply from the posting date, while requests already underway follow the rules in place when they were filed. Visit this page any time for the latest wording. Through any revision, the core approach of refunding to balance remains in place. The last updated date on this page shows when it changed.
